Title of Artwork(s) Marty Leigh (the artist) will provide all labor and materials, excluding matting and/or framing of this artwork(s). Payment 1, A deposit of 30% of price, will hold your place in line in the artist's work schedule. Payment 2, another 30% of price, is due after a black and white study is approved by the buyer. Payment 3 the final 40% is due at the completion of the artwork(s). If buyer defaults on payments before completion, the artwork(s) and any payments made will be retained by the artist. The artist reserves any and all rights of copyright concerning the artwork(s) identified above. The sale of the original or copy of the artwork(s), in any form, does not include the sale of rights of reproduction of the artwork(s) in any form , unless specifically granted in writing by the artist. Among the artist's rights is the sole right to reproduce the artwork(s) in any form for any lawful purpose, that may include, but not be limited to, sale, license, use for gallery exhibition, show, internet web-site display, and promotional work, including print and electronic reproduction.
